WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS!
1. Regular priced trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year. The original bill of sale must be produced.
2. Kleinburg Nursery reserve the right to view the plant material in it's planted form to ensure that the proper planting and care instructions have been followed before our warranty will be honored.
3. Should the customer remove the plant material from the ground before Kleinburg Nursery can view it, the warranty will be void.
4. Warranty is for replacement of nursery stock only, for the dollor value spent on the item, excluding taxes. No cash returns.
5. Delivery & planting charges are a one time fee for services rendered, and are not refundable.
6. Warranty is non-transferable and is null and void should we observe that our guidelines have not been met.
7. All nursery stock sales are final. No returns after 5 days.
8. Plant material must be planted with 3 days of purchase.
9. Plant material under warranty is replaced one time only. No further warranty is expressed on the replacement item.
10. There is no warranty, exchange, credit or return on sale items.
* Items not covered under warranty: cedar hedging, azalea, rhododendron, roses, perennials, annuals, variegated holly & boxwood, and sod.
